Do you crave delicious meatballs? You can make my family favorite in the instant pot! In this video I show you two ways to cook the meatballs – in the Instant Pot (my husband’s favorite) and in the oven, finishing the sauce in the instant pot.You’ll be sure to love both ways!
Ingredients:
IP Keto Meatballs with tomato sauce Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork (plain or flavored like Jimmy Dean)
1 large egg
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/3 cup ground friend pork rinds (1 bag Chicharones) for Keto or gluten-free, otherwise, you can use 1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp minced garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp seasoned salt (I like Tony Cachere’s creole seasoning but any seasoned salt or plain salt will work also.
1/2 to 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1/3 up to 1/2 cup milk as needed for binding
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten free if on gluten free diet)
1 tsp Italian seasoning or 1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp dried parsley or 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup beef broth
1 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
If baking in the over, bake meatballs on parchment paper at 350 degrees for 25-28 mins.
Serve with Healthy Noodles brand noodles for or Cauliflower mash for low carb or spaghetti noodle if you prefer. Enjoy!
