This creamy marry me beans recipe takes approximately 30 minutes to make. With the fresh basil and lemon zest, it’s incredibly tasty!
Ingredients:
500g cooked cannellini beans
300ml double cream
2 TBSP tomato paste
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 medium diced onion
200ml vegetable stock
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 TSP oregano
1 TSP parsley
1/2 TSP rosemary
Chilli flakes (optional)
30g fresh basil
100g parmesan
1 TBSP lemon zest
Couple handfuls baby spinach
Make it vegan by using coconut milk instead of cream
