Do you like fish? With creamy sauce and vegetables, it’s finger-licking good!πŸ‘Œ

Ingredients:
β€’ 4 salmon slices (you can also use fish fillet)
β€’ 200 g heavy cream (35%)
β€’ 3–4 tbsp olive oil
β€’ 4 garlic cloves
β€’ 4 lemon slices
β€’ 5 cherry tomatoes
β€’ 6–7 button mushrooms
β€’ Salt, black pepper, oregano

Preparation:
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the salmon and let it rest for a bit. Then, fry the salmon on both sides over high heat in olive oil. (In my case, it took 5 minutes per side since the fish slices were thick). Remove the fish from the pan and, in the same pan, add finely chopped mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are golden, add the garlic and cherry tomatoes. After a few minutes, pour in the cream (I added a bit of water, about 1 small coffee cup). Season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.

Place the salmon back into the pan along with 4 lemon slices. Let the fish simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top, and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
