  1. That looks likely how my Late Sicilian born Mother used to make it but the only difference is she is Italian bread crumbs and she didn't put a glaze on it you didn't need it it was perfect the way it was❤❤❤

  2. Laura I’m so sorry people can’t figure out this is your channel or how to navigate your website. It’s really not difficult. Thank you for another great recipe

  3. I am 68 and I can honestly say that I have yet to find a great meatloaf recipe. I will definitely try this one! Thank you for sharing!!

  4. I've never been a meatloaf super fan. It was something I could take or leave and mostly I've left it, lol. But, Laura…this was sooooo MF'ING good!!! My goodness!! This will become a staple for me. It didn't cook all the way through but that'll be fixed when I warm it up in a frying pan, lol.

  5. Put everything in the bowl but the beef and mix it to make a panade. Then mix in the beef.

  6. Why your printable recipe links do not take you directly to where it’s supposed to? It goes to your general recipes page where we have to enter a keyword to search for this recipe and which returns other meatloaf recipes except this one. Time to work on this. A bit outdated.

  7. Meatballs with Worcestershire! I’m okay with that. But I need to add the glaze.

  8. Very close to how I make mine. I like to add Brown sugar, a touch of A1 and a little ketchup into the mix before i cook it, though. Looks delicious! thanks for sharing!

  9. 1:40 – why do people cut horizontally into an onion when it's already layered that way? Am I missing something? What does that accomplish?

  10. My respect but no Pre-Cook onions on my mine Recipe
Just incorporate the 9nios in the MEAT IT STILL GONNA COOK IN THE OVEN this is a no no recipe -1

  11. Food doesn’t even begin to start being prepared until almost 10 minutes in. This was my first time seeing this channel and I won’t be back. Too much stopping to talk. Work while you’re talking!

  12. I've heard people using panko, ritz, and saltines… but I like using ultra thin tortilla chips. They're lite, absorb moisture well, and they a little tougher than crackers or panko so it's difficult to accidentally compress them too much. You just need to account for the additional salt.
This is the only method I've found to getting meatloaf as fluffy as Cracker Barrel.

  13. I use my hands too but i use gloves, shes a gangsta for raw dawging that meat

  14. LOVED THIS RECIPE!
I have to eat leftover meatloaf two ways…1. In a cold sandwich with a smear of mayo on one side and ketchup on the other. 2. A generous slice or two warmed up in a skillet, put on a plate, topped with over-easy or sunnyside eggs on top, and a side of toast with jam or honey. Perfection.

  15. I made this meatloaf today. It was the best meatloaf I have ever had in my whole life. I cut the recipe in half because my husband and I are empty-nesters and it was the perfect size we had dinner and we will have meatloaf sandwich sandwiches tomorrow for lunch

  16. Any time I make anything with ground meat, I prefer to mix everything except the meat first, then add the meat. It seems to mix together quicker and evenly.
