  1. Question for ya AB: You seem to always cook chicken breast right out of the package. I have found tenderizing it a few hours before and dropping into a brine bath gives superior results. Is there a reason you don't outside of saving time(which I get)?

  2. Respectfully… Wearing gloves gives a false sense of security. The same way folks used to put forth effort to show us they washed their hands, we need to see you change those gloves. Going from raw chicken to handling cooked chicken and noodles with the same gloves is still cross contamination.

  7. Oil in the pasta water will cause the sauce not to adhere to the pasta. Don’t do it. Don’t rinse it either. Also, the sauce will not adhere to the pasta, you need the starch on the pasta. It’s something I had to un learn to do. I’m glad I did. My pasta dishes are that much better. Just cook your pasta last. Then Mx it together after it’s drained. Keep hot pasta water in case you need it.

  9. I do not put oil on pasta, the oil can cause the sauce to run-off or not stick very well to the noodle

  10. Omg looks amazing there's nothing better than a cast iron skillet the older it is the better seasoned it is the more you use it the better it is some younger ones don't understand what a good seasoned skillet is
