Olive Garden is corporate garbage.
Last time I went to Olive Garden in Buffalo, they killed it with salt. The food was not edible. The salt was goddam awful.
My brother and I would go to the Garden after a game, and we were pretty trashed, and order nasty DIY pasta combos for each other and get sick

Olive Garden is OK if you do not have a decent Italian restaurant around, which I don't. I like the Zuppa Toscana. i make my own lasagna.
I feel so sorry for Eva having to taste Olive Garden (and now knows what it is like to be an american), and Harper deserves to have to eat the leftovers for taking her there. But is was educational to hear the analysis.

Congrats! This was really fun to watch. Maybe you can later do a few tours of restaurants like Maggiano’s Little Italy. Personally I’d like to see Eva go to The Hill in St. Louis.
Most Italian food in America is based on what Italian immigrants based on what's available and has morphed over the last 100 years. It's also why it changes from city to city.
Olive Garden is just a large cooperate melting pot of all of them. Not exactly in a good way.
I have not been to Olive Garden since 2007, and I felt like this restaurant was something of the past. I did not even know people still went there.
In Australia Chicken Parmigiana is not served on any pasta at all, it is served like you would have a chicken schnitzel with a salad and hot chips. And that is every single one I've ever had in Australia so maybe the Chicken Parmigiana thing is only for the United States.
