  1. Love how easy it is to shape pasta without a machine! Gonna whip up some malloreddus and orecchiette for my next pasta night

  2. Excellent video! Never seen this instructor before. Topic was presented succinctly without background music, with great lighting and demonstration. Brava! #Masterclass

  3. Looks cute. Looks fun. But with full-time job, I would not have time to roll these pieces one by one for the whole family…

  4. I was using a fork to roll for gnocchi since I was a child, my father before me my grandmother before me and so on and so on. No need for fancy equipment. 😊

  5. Try making malloreddus on the back side of a cheese grater. Looks really cool and holds sauce well.

  6. Yeah Sam!!! Great to see you teaching on the channel and great job. Looking forward to trying these techniques.

  7. I came here to read how few have time to do homemade pasta OR the "experts ". I didnt have to wait long. Anyway, nice video❤

  8. Fascinating stuff. Pretty labor intensive though. I might try it on large pieces where there are only a few per plate or something. Or maybe the smaller ones would be fun for a family to do together.

  9. i definitely failed my dough last time i made it, decided to give up on pasta making at home. now I really want to get back to it!

  10. Please ask the editing team to stop doing rapid jump cuts when host is showing fine detail on how to manipulating the dough.

  11. You're doing a fantastic job! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). What's the best way to send them to Binance?

  12. Yeah, Sam Block is quite a great addition to the cast. Excellent video. I think she will add a lot to the quality of ATK.
