  1. Many folks do not know that you twirl the pasta on the plate to keep the heat inside the pasta & use a hot plate & it not for design

  2. I actually made some likely less tasty variation of this years ago. The idea popped in my head. It was good; I definitely want to try this version.

  3. Do not make this in a nonstick coated pan, you will be poising yourself eating burned things that have picked up the coating … from being burned onto it. Use a stainless, or granite nonstick pan to make this dish.

  4. I’d use my cast iron skillet for this! Also I’ve been making a version of this for years. I take any leftover pasta dish cooked with tomatoes. Heat oil in skillet, Med hi heat, then fry the spaghetti and let is crisp and scorch as much as you like. If ya want extra char and tang add a generous amount of ketchup while frying! My family just raves over this. Yet forget to cook this at home? Go figure!

  5. H3ll, I've done that. But all I did was put the sphagetti and tomatoe sauce in a pot and forget about it. literally. It was great.

  6. nah someone gaslit someone else into thinking their burnt pasta was on purpose and fancy lmao
