Join us on a culinary journey to Naples with this classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio recipe. With just 5 quality Italian ingredients, you can create a dish bursting with bold and passionate flavours. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal!

Ingredients:
• 300g Napolina Spaghetti
• 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 4 tbsp Napolina Olive Oil
• 50g grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic, and fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until aromatic.
2. Cook the Napolina Spaghetti as per packet instructions in salted water, then drain, saving a ladle of pasta water.
3. Add the pasta water to the garlicky oil, then toss in the spaghetti, parmesan cheese, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper. Fold together until rich and creamy.
4. Serve immediately with an extra sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
