    Congratulations 🎉. Drizzle olive oil and maybe some vegan shredded parmesan cheese and it will be great added flavor!! My late MIL (she was full Italian) made this when I was a non vegan and it was very good and she'd always add the drizzle and cheese and it was amazing, She also added pepper flakes when sauteing everything for a kick. Very happy for you two👍❤️👍
