  1. I wish you had tried the square pan pizza in Rome. Fiori di zucca. It's pumpkin or zucchini flowers stuffed with anchovies and mozzarella. MAGIC. It would have been your favourite I'm certain.

  2. mate, in italy to this days, they still slice the meat super thin, to cook them home fast, when i bring 3 to 5 cm steaks my mum doesnt know how to cook, also we dont have all the 7 different temperatures, its either al sangue , rare, or ben cotta.. well done. we are not there yet.

  4. Ma il centro, molto sud e il nord Italia non sono rappresentati x nulla. Abbiamo tantissimo pesce, tantissime verdure, e altri tipi di carne, cotti e conditi in mille modi diversi…che pizza sentire che 8n Italia ci sia solo pasta, pizza e gelato🙄

  11. I used to never use salt and my family never salted anything when I was young. Then when I cooked for other people, I had to learn to use salt and everything tasted so salty to me, but they liked it. Over time my flavor palette changed and now I need salt in everything.
