  1. I thought fresh pasta only needed 2-4 minutes to cook vs 8? Or is pici thicker and needs more time. Was 8n Tuscany and discovered pici. Wonderful

    A little too much
    Al dente pasta and the sauce must be a little more thicker…and at the end a little touch of pecorino… 😍
    And….Where is the glass of white wine? 😂😍

  7. Please don't use precrushed pepper. It's already lost its spiciness. The dish will not turn out nearly as good.
