For Bomboline (बॉम्बोलिनी के लिए):
500 gm All-Purpose Flour (मैदा)
8 gm Sugar (चीनी)
40 gm Unsalted Butter (अनसाल्टेड मक्खन)
12 gm Yeast (यीस्ट)
225 gm Water (पानी)
100 gm Milk (दूध)
8 gm Gluten (ग्लूटेन)

For Chocolate Filling (चॉकलेट फिलिंग के लिए):
100 gm Dark Couverture Chocolate (डार्क कुवर्चर चॉकलेट)
50 gm Amul Fresh Cream (फ्रेश क्रीम)
Quantity Sufficient – Chopped Strawberry (आवश्यकतानुसार कटी हुई स्ट्रॉबेरी)

For Cream Cheese Filling (क्रीम चीज़ फिलिंग के लिए):
250 gm Cream Cheese (क्रीम चीज़)
50 gm Fresh Cream (फ्रेश क्रीम)
50 gm Blanched and Chopped Spinach (ब्लांच की हुई और कटी हुई पालक)
Quantity Sufficient – Chopped Jalapeno (आवश्यकतानुसार कटी हुई जैलापीनो)

  1. 1. Basic diffrence between donuts and bomboli-
    – Donuts: Have a hole, filled through it ( filled outside)
    – Bomboloni: No hole, filled from inside ( filled inside)
    2. Proofing time of bomboli:-
    Minimum One hour for dough and minimum one after shaping the bombolis so in total minimum 2 hours ( 2 hours standard time ) ( although depends on atmosphere of each place)
    3. Weight of each bomboli – 50 grams

  2. Ans 1) bombalini is in round shape and filling has Tobe done inside it. And donuts has hole in centre and topping has Tobe done upper side . 2) 1hour proofing after making dough and again one hour and more proofing after making shape of round. 3) approx weight of each bombalini is 50 gm

    2.dough bana kar 2hour proofing and after making the balls another 2hour proofing

    2) proofing time1hour and 1hour after giving shape
    3)weight of each bomboloni per piece 50 gram each

    1) Donuts have a hole in the center and are garnished from top, whereas Bomboloni doesn't have a hole in the center but a hole is made from the top and the filling is added inside
    2) proofing time is 2 hours in total. 1 hour proofing on intial stage for the dough and the 1 hour after making the shape
    3) Bomboloni weight was 50gms each

    Ans:- 2 bobmoloni ko proofing k liye 1 to 1.5 hour Tak rakhte hee
