  1. I am a huge fan of Jamie Oliver and have all his cook books. I like the simple recipes, without many ingredients, and his style of cooking, which is suitable for all normal people, and not just for chefs. I often take inspiration from his recipes, and there are some family favorites, that come from him.

    However: I am not a huge fan of his channels. He seems to make up new channels again and again, where he just posts the same videos again and again. I guess, just with the interest of making money. He never comments, he never even gives a "liking" on a comment. I guess, he never bothers to check those channels. I follow a lot of channels on YouTube, and all others channels I follow, make comments, or like your comment, or give feedback etc. But not Jamie. Not necessary I guess for him, as long as the money is right. Sad Jamie, because I am really a huge fan of you and follow you since the start of your career.

Jamie probably never even looks at his posted videos…someone else manages all that…he cooks, he reads off a script and someone else does the food buying, the stage setting, the camera work, the clean up. Jamie probably never reviews the completed edited videos either…some management team probably does that work. Once he is taped he never looks back. There is probably a whole crew of people working for him that takes care of management, editing, posting and those are the ones ignoring any comments. I do not think Jamie ever looks at any youtube channels that his staff has created for him.

  3. Why didn't you release this before Christmas. In Australia we a looking for interesting salads for our salad table on Christmas day. Although some people do a full cooked meal in the heat with the Air Con going full out, we love to do a lovely cold meal

  5. Not sure why Jamie put the lid on the chard. You should never fully lid greens, broccoli, etc while cooking because it makes the color turn. If you leave some room for them to breathe, you'll get the best bright colors making them look really fresh.
