This is so comforting on a cold winter night!! Savory pieces of Italian sausage, tender lentils and a flavorful creamy broth make this the perfect weeknight meal!!
Ingredients
1 pound Italian Sausage OR Beef Kielbasa sliced into rings
1 bag brown lentils
2 medium carrots
2 stalks celery
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1/2 C diced tomatoes
1T tomato paste
1 1/2 t Italian seasoning
1/2 t pepper
1 large bay leaf
6 C Chicken stock
2 C water
