This Carnivore Cloud Bread Pizza with Cottage Cheese is perfect for satisfying your cravings without breaking your diet! With a fluffy, cheesy crust and loaded with all your favorite meats, this pizza is a game-changer for anyone on a carnivore or keto journey.
Ingredients

Cloud Bread Crust:

4 large eggs, separated
1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese, blended smooth
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Pinch of salt

Toppings:

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup cooked ground beef
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped (about 1/3 cup when chopped)
1/4 cup pepperoni slices
1/4 cup cooked ham, diced
2 tbsp beef tallow or bacon grease (for brushing)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cloud Bread Base

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate Eggs: Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two bowls.
Beat Egg Whites: Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat them with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Combine Yolks: In another bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Mix it with the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Fold Together: Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture in thirds, ensuring not to deflate the egg whites.

Step 2: Bake the Cloud Bread

Spread the cloud bread mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet in a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and set. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Step 3: Add Toppings

Lightly brush the baked crust with beef tallow or bacon grease to add flavor and moisture.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the crust.
Add the cooked sausage, ground beef, bacon, pepperoni, and ham evenly across the surface.

Step 4: Bake the Pizza

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly browned.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

Let the pizza cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm and enjoy this ultimate low-carb, high-protein masterpiece!

  1. It will be easier to fold your egg whites with the other ingredients if you use a rubber spatula. Also i think on the opposite side of your mixer from where the speed control is, is the lever to raise the mixer part up so it is easier to take the bowl out and put it in.

  2. I was born in 1982. February of that year! Due to a lot of food allergies I've been carnivore most of my life. My wife has been going through a lot of health issues as the last couple years. She finally got on board with the carnivore diet about a month and a half ago. She's already noticing the benefits, the lack of joint pain inflammation, weight loss and overall energy boost! Keep up the good work it's not easy but I promise you the results are well worth it!

  3. You're obviously talented and have good info to share, but, honestly, these "carnivore" videos really irritate me. Just call it low carb or gluten free, at least. Diets don't work long term because of people that are always rationalizing these gray areas. Like Catholic schoolgirls taking it up the bum so they stay "virgins." The only people these are good for are the people with actual gluten allergies, which is a fraction of the people that say they have gluten issues. Others are better off having a real pizza every now and then. These imitation foods only perpetuate cravings for the real thing. They use 5 different processed foods, and the primary benefit of elimination diets is to remove processed foods. The way to help "normal" people make these work long term is by helping them eliminate the expectation of having them, not substituting them. I've seen it over and over.

  4. Stop,
Using paper plates and putting hot items on them. Paper plates are fine for cold items. But putting hot things on causes the wax to melt and infiltrate your food. Some paper plates after actually give off formaldehyde.

  5. Dave can you give the full info for the Blackstone E Series… like size and where to purchase? Love your recipes & humor!😋

  6. How did you rate the heavier meat pizza, up against the pizza light, which you gave a 9 out of 10?😋🍕🍕

  7. Might I suggest a white sauce. Like an alfredo sauce. 1/2 cup heavy cream, !/4 cup each of bone broth/parm cheese/lard or tallow. Melt your fat first, then add in the cream and broth slowly but till well combined. Bring it up to a simmer then reduce heat to low and add the parm. Add salt to taste, pepper if you allow it. Then stir and reduce it till its the thickness of sauce you desire, probably 10 minutes or so. If you went too far thickening it you could add a little more broth. Let it cool a little before you put it on the bread.

  8. Just some advice…..if you want to get ANYONE to cook what you are cooking, you have to have confidence in your recipe. This whole schtick you have going on is not confidence inspiring. I stopped watching at 1:26 into the video and lost hope it was going to be anything special that I would want to make.

  9. This looks so delicious. I love the way you made this carnivorous cloud pizza, Mr. Dave.

  11. I'm not into carnivore, but I hate bread so I am definitely trying this cloud crust.

  12. 😂 Oh my goodness Dave! You made me laugh so many times.

You are so relatable. I feel like I found a kindred cooking Spirit by watching you.

"I don't know if it will work, but we are just going to go with it!". Excellent work my friend. I am definitely going to try this one!!

  13. Looks great. I'm definitely going to try this.

    Two suggestions:
-Sear the hamburger and sausage before breaking it up.
-Cook the bacon in the oven on a cooking sheet at 400 for 15 minutes. It cooks more evenly, and it's easier to collect the grease.

  14. The bacon grease is very healthy for most humans. People are slowly waking up to the SAD deficits and harmful processed foods.
Ketovore 4 years. Healthiest I've ever been.

  15. I wish I owned an oven and mixer. Does anyone know how to do this with only a microwave, an electric burner, one ceramic pan, fork, knife and spoon. Lost everything to a disaster.

  16. I’m on a water fast and I’m positively drooling right now. I’m carnivore but haven’t tried the cloud bread yet. Lol that first pizza looked the best!!

  17. Dang Dave, when you say you were born in 1984 you make me feel old! I graduated high school in 1984. Ugh. Great recipe. I am definitely giving this on a try. It looks delicious. Keep the recipes coming. These are great. Congrats on the success of this channel!

  18. Looks wonderful! Will definitely try this. Tip: turn your cheese grater on the side and it keeps the cheese inside while you grate. This way you don’t have to chase the grater around on the plate. Just recently saw this method and it looked brilliant.

  19. BEAUTIFUL JOB DAVE I was going to tell you about using the spatula for folding but someone already told you earlier I am definitely trying this because I want to lean more into Carnivore for a while trying to figure out how ( to switch from keto) How is the texture of the crust, is it stiff? I would do the parm hack someone suggested on both sides turning it…..Thanks great video Julianna NC

  20. There should be a screw to adjust the height of the bowl on your particular model. The top is stationary.

  21. Good afternoon Dave ☀️ watched your video last night, it was too late to stir up the kitchen so. I waited until this morning, and I made cloud bread.. oh my goodness they were delicious 😋 they didn't make it to the pizza stage, but I made enough small ones that I could make personal pizzas.
Thank you, keep up the good work.. I really enjoy your videos

  22. How to tell me that you’ve never beaten egg whites.
How to tell me that you don’t know 2 tablespoons equals 1 ounce.

  23. You’ve got a YouTube channel and you don’t know how to do basics. When you fold something in you use a wide gentle tool.

Oh it’s absolutely horrible. There’s no spices on it that make it Pizza. Plus you could Have made a chicken crust.

  24. My kidneys would blow out from that much protein. Kidney disease sure doesn't like keto carnivore diet. I just wanted to cut some carbs and these are so extreme with the protein. May be I could use lower carb veggies to still be less carbs in a pizza.
