What do you think, living in Italy, of the restrictive rules of the highway code that came into force a few days ago, regarding the blood alcohol levels allowed for drivers?
Champagne is a french product… Instead we have "spumante". You can choose "dolce" or "secco" (sweet or dry, respectively). The sweet one is a better match for sweet dishes; for other dishes the dry is better. The "brut" is, among them, the one with less sugar.
hi i suggest you to try franciacorta instead of prosecco, way better for me. winery like ca del bosco e la montina have really good products.

The eating late stereotype only works for the south, in northern Italy we have dinner between 7 and 8pm, most of us at least.
