D’s Pizza is the first and only Detroit-style pizza you can find in the Cayman Islands.
The street food truck’s founder, Diego Smith, started researching Detroit style pizza on YouTube while working as a private chef. After pursuing basketball and cooking abroad, Diego moved back to his hometown in the Cayman Islands to master his own culture’s cuisine. By incorporating seasoning pepper, scotch bonnet pepper, Cayman-style beef, and jerk chicken into his recipes, Diego makes sure that Caymanian cuisine and Caribbean culture shines through in each bite of pizza at his food truck.

I've been to D's as its literally right outside of my university, and I love their pizzas! My favorite is the Chili Garlic Shrimp. So good 😋!
