Though I no longer imbibe, I suggest trying a vodka actually made from (triple distilled) potatoes and not grain alcohol such as MONOPOLOWA vodka which is decently priced at Trader Joe's. I'm a purist and disliked drinking flavored grain alcohols. But yes, your cocktail sounds delicious.
