Super easy and quick pasta dish using homegrown garlic and pesto made with basil from our garden. Sauce: Melt 1/2 stick (or 1/4 cup) of butter in a saucepan over med/low head. Add 1/4 cup white flour to make a roux. Add 2-3 minced garlic cloves and stir. Slowly stir in 2 cups milk, turn up heat to simmer and stir until sauce is thickened. Add 1/4 cup (or more to taste) pesto and stir in. Add salt and other seasonings to taste. Toss with cooked fettuccini noodles. Option to add chicken, seafood, or Parmesan cheese.
