  2. I have made this often, cheese steak pizza, though I add green peppers with it, and a mix of provolone and mozzarella cheese. They never last longer than a few minutes. All are eaten as fast as I can make.

  6. Looks delicious Vito. The whipping cream is a great idea to add creamy texture to your creations. Domino seemed to really enjoy. For me a good Philly cheese steak needs to have saute sweet peppers and mushrooms too.

    *Uso Sweet Chili Sauce to caramelize the chicken on high heat!

  9. I think I would have preferred my steak on the medium rare side!!! Or thin slices of prime rib, & dip the sandwich in au jus, with a horseradish sauce….

  10. Amazing looking steak. It reminds me of prosciutto. The pizzas look amazing.

I splurged and bought a 1/2 horsepower 12” Berkel commercial meat slicer for my home and I know from experience that inexpensive chuck roast sliced thin is indistinguishable from rib eye and New York strip when used for Philly cheesesteak recipes in case you ever want to experiment with a cut of beef that’s less expensive.

    Also, I’ve made cheeseburger sandwiches with the folded pizza dough like you used here and they are fantastic. I used seasoned ground beef, sautéed onions, mozzarella, cheddar, dill pickles and homemade Big Mac sauce. They taste like a Big Mac pizza!

  13. Love this idea and parbaking. I do this with my cast iron and gas oven. Turns out amazing. Im looking forward to having a firepit again, doing cast iron over wood coals is alot of fun….

  14. Now you have to try an Italian Beef… I forget us Italians have been in America for 100 years and there's all these Ameri-Taliano dishes that are only American…
    Another is the Italian Sub; Capacolla, Salami, Peperoni, peperonichinis, provalone, mozzarella, throw in some Mortadella and all the sub salad…. These are totally American Italian dishes…
