For the pasta:

Pasta – 300 g
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp (for boiling)
Salt – to taste
For the Béchamel sauce:

Butter – 30 g
Flour – 2 tbsp
Milk – 400 ml
Black pepper, salt – to taste
For serving:

Cheese – 75 g
