I went to jr, middle school, and high school outside of Phillie. Most of the lunch ladies in my district were Italian so the pizza, meatballs, meatball subs, lads, and hoagies were to die for. 😋
Our school didn't have a cafeteria so our pizza days were ordered in from Domino's. I'm not able to get 90's recipe Domino's anymore, but for some reason I'm okay with that.

The best one was the breakfast pizza. Theyd use gravy for the sauce and breakfast sausage for the meat

My mom managed to buy a big box of the frozen pizzas like this. We loved it! I can still remember exactly where the freezer sat and getting them out.
We had this in Scotland but it was so much worse all grease cheese and a slither of tomato sauce

I always hated school pizza and thought all my classmates were nuts. We were all New Yorkers and that soggy mess just seemed blasphemous.
