How is Americans wasting 40% of food supposed to correlate to eating crickets? If were wasting food it means we have a surplus. I love Lidia but that was really weird, did Bill Gates help write the script? Lol Since we have so much food waste and people in poverty aren't receiving the %40 surplus, shouldn't we be finding a way to help them get good quality food instead of feeding them dusty crickets? On top of that, instead of mass production of food that leaves our soil barren we should incentivize small farmers across the country that don't poison our soil and use compost etc to keep our soil healthy. That would do a lot better for the future of food, no need to switch to crickets.
