Joe is so missed and funny, even if he didn’t want to be on screen. Awesome! I have all of your mom’s cookbooks as soon as she released them. I always slice my eggplant. So Nonna Giudice cuts the eggplant in half and boils them first? I’ll have to relook into your mom’s cookbooks. Joe is a good cook, anyways. I’m Irish and Swedish, with Italian or Mexican uncles.
