  5. Wonderful recipe, terrible video. Do we really need to watch how to cut in half 50 tomatoes or 5 would be enough? The same with spinach, parsley, etc. I was always wondering if they get paid for a video only or for its length ?

  7. I'm always wondering about the women cooking on you tube with rings amd bracelets 4:37 and never wearing an apron,so far from the reality and by the way I always remove the dark skin on the back of the salmon tastes too strong.

  8. A proper mise en place or ingredients prepared in advance will serve you better than chopping along as you cook; as you risk overcooking the salmon. Not a good look, no matter what creamy sauce delights you top with.

  11. when i do this i put the spinach last and stay for 10-15 seconds . It will overcook if you mix before the salmon

  12. Fantastic recipe! I didn't have cherry tomatoes so I used asparagus cuts and sweet red bell pepper with the fresh spinach. Served with hot buttered Penne. Yummy!

  14. But be careful when you add the cheese: if the pan is too hot, the Parmigiano (or any other kind of cheese) will turn into chunks of chewing gum.
