Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing a super easy egg tortilla recipe. If you don’t have much time to cook or need to make something quick for the family, this is a great option. I used store-bought tortillas for this recipe, but in the future I plan to make something delicious with homemade tortillas too. Recipe:
10 eggs
Salt to taste
2-3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Pepper to taste
200 ml cooking cream
Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

(You can adjust the amount of seasoning to your taste.)

Instructions:
Break the eggs into a bowl and season with salt to taste.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of Italian seasoning and pepper.
Stir in the cooking cream (200 ml) until completely combined.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.

Heat a little butter in a frying pan and lightly brown the tortilla. Be careful not to leave it in the pan for too long, as it will become too crispy and difficult to fold or roll.
Place the baked egg mixture on the tortilla.
Add the sliced ​​tomatoes, fresh basil leaves and Parmesan cheese.
Fold or roll the tortilla.
Tip: This wrap is best eaten warm. 😉
