Italian Cream Cake I LOVE!

Have you ever tried Italian cream cake before? To make this delicious cake I followed a friend’s recipe, first mixing my dry ingredients. In a separate bowl I creamed my butter then mixed in sugars and vanilla. Only that was fluffy and much lighter in color. I added in my eggs and beat again until whipped and creamy. After that was mixed I alternated adding in milk and flour until they were completely incorporated but not over mixing. Finally I added chopped nuts and grated coconut before throwing it in parchment lined baking tins and baking until golden! Subscribe for part 2 to see the final result!
