Ingredients for the Dough
1 packet of dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups of flour (400 ml)
For Decoration
Red onion
Paprika pepper
Blue poppy seeds
Dill
Olive oil
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
Add salt and olive oil, then gradually incorporate the flour. Knead the dough until it becomes sticky. You can grease your hands with olive oil to make kneading easier.
Cover the dough to prevent air from getting in, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Transfer the dough to a greased or parchment-lined baking dish. Spread it evenly and use your fingertips dipped in olive oil to create dimples on the surface. Allow the dough to rise again for about 30 minutes.
Decorate as desired with red onion, paprika pepper, blue poppy seeds, dill, and olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C (356°F) and bake until the top is golden brown.
Enjoy!

Hem lezzetli, hem romantik😊😍
Honestly, everything is good on this video. Maybe if you put I little effort into teaching, it would be very nice. I hope you grow! I got a cooking channel myself and I’m learning too (Stefano Xerfan ). Wish you the best. It’s a beautiful focaccia.
This is so, so beautiful!
