  1. Have always made my own meatballs at home, and I thought they were pretty darn good (along with my family). Tried your recipe exactly as you did it, and I now consider my meatballs not fit for human consumption. Your recipe made the best meatballs I've ever tried! Thank you for sharing!!!!

  2. I’ve been making meatballs as my mom taught me for 50 years. They r awesome. However, the addition of ricotta is a special addition. This woman is awesome, that is all I will say. Thank u!

  4. Ricotta cheese?? Wauw that might be a gamechanger, I can’t wait to try out this recipe. And a great presentation as well, relaxed and straight to the point.

  5. These look so yummy! Can you please tell me the type of breadcrumbs you are using, they look really dark in color.

  6. Hi can I half this recipe? Truthfully I only thought to use garlic I never used onion I used onion for meatloaf but I will try

  7. I know sautéing the onion changes its flavor. is there a reason, you use raw onion vs. sautéed?

  8. You are a genius! I made these again. My family loves them. The leftovers got mashed into a sauce for lasagna for Columbus Day. The lasagna didn't last an hour. Took me longer to make it than for my family to disappear it. Thank you for sharing your awesome recipe.

  9. We Caramelize a whole large onion with 3/4 cloves of garlic depending on size..and wow it really makes a difference..and if your doing larger meat balls for a hoagie sandwich, boil a pan of water, place meatballs in boiling water, they will float to top when done and then we fry them..great time savor and still great flavor..

  10. I made these and everyone thought they were fair! No raves. Actually bland, maybe I'll cut down the ricotta cheese bc the meatballs looked so white! Almost like a chicken meatball

  11. Hello! Did you happen to mention what kind of sauce you use?🤔 It looks like Rao’s on the counter, but I couldn’t tell. Thank you! ☺️
