  1. Looks great, and so simple ! It was a good idea to show one of the recipes from your spectacular book 🙂

  2. I have my husband your book for his birthday and he lives out so much! He can't wait to start trying the recipes!

  3. This is one of the best liquers you have made. Watched the video with keen interest….though I don't know if you added the wild thistle. It must be tasting out of this world. And your book will make a nice Christmas gift for friends. Bravo bravo chef!!!

  4. More the speed of your hand waving, the more spectacular your stuff is.😂😂😂
So many herbs you added, probably your drink has become a herbal medicine or tonic. Too much consumption will activate the fiery element of the body.

  5. Interesting mix! 😊 I have found that by waiting 6 months to a year, liqueurs become transparent and jewel like, even those with the ouzo effect of citrics. So I always try one bottle and store the other away in a dark place and forget about it it. Then decant it carefully. I have found colours also change if they are in white glass in the light.

  6. Was there one herb or ingredient that stands out in the taste or is it pretty balanced? Also, hilarious how you read Daniel's recommendation to wait a week and immediately you're like, yea that's not happening.

  7. Fantastic, I need to find somewhere in Australia where I can buy straight alcohol at that strength so that I can try. I'd be interested in trying some native Australian botanicals as well. We have a native gin made in South Australia that includes green ants, probably one of my favourite gins.

  8. I am from Croatia and was wonder if you ever tasted or know of Pelenkovats? A liquor/liquor of wormwood?
