Special Italian-inspired dinners at home are my absolute favorite — like Tuscan chicken, chicken piccata, and this outrageously good chicken Marsala. A few of you may remember that I wasn’t a big fan of mushrooms growing up, but this creamy mushroom Marsala wine sauce made me a convert, especially when drizzled over mashed potatoes. It’s a beautiful blend of sweet and savory, with that irresistible umami punch that makes it a mushroom lover’s dream. Trust me, it’s the kind of sauce you’ll want to pour over everything!

  3. I currently live in Japan, and I missed this dish so much! I'm not sure if I could find cremimi mushrooms, so I might have to do a Japanese fusion with shimeji mushrooms.

    I can see if my local Don Quijote has marsala wine or any specialty international food store. 😭

    I'm sorry, but it bothers me that everything looks so neat and perfect in the videos. For example, nothing gets dirty while cooking. The videos are too white. I'm sure those who are obsessive will be very happy while watching it.

  5. At first glance I read chicken masala which is a full spicy dish of Pakistan but when I saw it, it was totally different, it can be tried.

  6. 7:17 I have the same thing where I didn't like some veggies, at all, but one day I just wanted to eat them. Growing up I was a picky eater but I think it was mostly defiance 🙂

  9. Hello from Bombay (Mumbai) India! My partner and I are great fans of your channel and enjoy making (and eating!) your wonderful salads and chicken dishes. However, we dont get Marsala wine in this country. Would Harvey's Bristol Cream sherry be a good substitute? If not, what would you suggest?
