Marco Battaglino welcome us to his winery in Dogliani, Piedmont. After years of life as a restaurateur, Marco decides to dedicate himself to wine production with the acquisition of 60-year-old Dolcetto vineyards. His passion for the macerated wines of Friuli and Slovenia led him to plant Timorasso vineyards with south-west exposure and soils rich in marl. Besides wine, Marco’s great passion is truffle: together with his inseparable hunting companion he will reveal tricks and stratagems to extract this delicious tuber from the ground
