  1. As much as I like you voice and the commentary, I liked the zesty little numbers here. Thank you for the great idea I may try this. Got to gather the ingredients. Thank you.

  2. Love the different options. When using the lemon juice, might that start to "cook" the chicken after a time in the marinade? Are you using fresh herbs or dried? Love that you added the potatoes to the left over marinade to add to the flavors. Thank you.

  3. These look amazing and I plan to try them all; I’ll omit the chili flakes and black pepper as I just don’t like them but everything else is a go. One hack I’ve done with other marinades: I get most of my chicken from Butcher Box (not associated) which comes frozen. I made up three different marinades and poured them in the freezer bags, then quickly opened the packages the chicken came in and put them in the marinade. A quick rub of the bag then back into the freezer. When ready to have chicken I pulled out a bag and let it thaw in the fridge then baked as usual. The marinade flavored the meat as it thawed. So good. I love your idea of adding the potatoes. Inspired!

  4. Hi Caroline – great marinades I'll have to try this summer! I took screenshots of each recipe as, unfortunately, I couldn't find them on your website.

  5. Hi Caroline. Will be trying all three, starting with Spain! Question – are you using silicone bags? Wondering if they clean up well or retain some color / aroma from the marinades. btw, love your channel. All of the recipes we've tried are now in our regular rotation 🙂

  6. They all look great! Greek marinade wins for me, I love the oregano taste and smell. I am interested in trying the others.

  7. 👍Incredible Job! 🙂 Stay blessed! 👍 Keep it up! 🙂 God bless you abundantly forever 🙂 Enjoy amazingly blessed life 🙂 Stay happy and well protected.

  8. Love all three of these marinades, not a fan of chili flakes so I'd omit those and i would definitely need more garlic 🧄 otherwise they are perfect 🤗

  9. These would be amazing on anything… not just chicken. I might try marinating the meat and then dumping it all into the slow cooker so I don't heat up the house. Love putting veg in same marinade. I can practically feel the Mediterranean breezes ❤

  10. I've requested some of the PDF's you've recommended. Nothing has arrived in my inbox and on your website the links go to some Chinese website. You've been hacked!

  11. I'm looking forward to trying these! I'd love to see more content about using the freezer and reheating things as well. How long would you say it's appropriate to store these marinated bags in the freezer?

  12. What kind of potatoes did you use? Some potatoes may require a longer time to cook than the chicken.
