Secret To Perfect Savoiardi | Italian Lady fingers For Tiramisu | Sponge fingers

Savoiardi, also known as ladyfingers, are light and airy sponge biscuits that originated in the region of Savoy in France. They have a delicate texture and a subtly sweet flavor, making them a perfect base for desserts like tiramisu and charlotte.
Typically, savoiardi are made from a simple mixture of eggs, sugar, and flour, which is whipped to create a fluffy batter. The biscuits are piped into long, finger-like shapes and baked until golden. Their dry and crisp exterior contrasts beautifully with creamy fillings, absorbing moisture without becoming soggy.
