This appetizer is so very delicious! I really like it!
One of my favorite appetizer here in Italy! So yummy!
Here is some tips procedures to do this octopus salad…
Ingredients:
2 small octopus (POLIPO)
Olive oil (olio Oliva)
Parsley (prezzemolo)
Lemon (limoni)
Salt to taste (sale)
Procedures:
First, clean the octopus, remove all the internal organs, beak and the skin of the octopus.
Put in a large pot lightly salted water
Boil it for 20 minutes..
Once the octopus is cooked, let it cool and cut it into small pieces.
Then add some ingredients; olive oil, parsley, lemon and salt to taste.
Chill well and serve the octopus salad on the table.
