Here’s a delish keto recipe….Spaghetti is always a awesome meal and even us keto peeps can have it! Definitely try this out at 9 & 1/2 net carbs a serving or less! Ingredients
(Makes 3 servings at 9 & 1/2 net carbs a serving)
1lbs of Italian ground turkey
Eggs
Almond flour
Mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
Real butter
Shirataki spaghetti noodles
Pink salt&pepper
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
How to make
Start by preheating oven time 400 then start cooking up your meat balls on the stove on a medium heat in 2 tbsp of olive oil and then roll out 9 balls from the ground turkey and in a separate bowl add 1/4 cup of almond flour with heavily pink salt, like on the pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder then mix with a fork then roll each meat ball in it and into your hot oil then while that’s cooking get your bread balls made with 1 cup of almond flour, 2 eggs, mix well then add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix again then add lightly Italian seasoning and garlic powder then roll into 6 balls and put on a cookie sheet and into the oven for 12 mins…Keep on eye on your meatballs turning them then wash your spaghetti noodles under cold water for 3 mins and also cut up with kitchen scissors and let drain then take a tbsp or real butter and melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds by this time your meat and bread balls should be done so set aside the meat balls and add your noodles to the same fry pan mix around with all the good seasoning from the meat and then add 1/2 cup of pizza sauce, looking for the lowest in carb and mix well let cook on medium for about 2 to 3 mins while that’s cooking take your bread balls and brush over your 1 tbsp of melted butter to each on with a kitchen brush and then put together your plate with a 1/3 of the noodle mix and 3 meat balls and 2 bread balls! This is 3 servings at 9 & 1/2 net carbs a plate! Delicious 😋
