Penne pasta, red bell pepper, artichoke hearts, capers, dried tomato garlic (with a little bit of olive oil), salt, pepper, basil, lemon juice, and a small amount of fried onion topping as a garnish. Tastes well rounded and restaurant quality! 😋

Did you really eat it out the strainer though 😭

Anyone that has said that is sorely mistaken-informed! Pasta can absolutely be a healthy choice.
For a truly well-rounded meal, include a protein and aim to make half your plate/bowl (or strainer!) non-starchy veggies & about a quarter of it starch. 😌
Looks good!
Pasta is carb heavy and it’s why people will say it’s unhealthy. Usually it’s the sauce you have with the pasta that isn’t healthy
Who says pasta can’t be healthy?
Literally nobody. I’ve never heard anyone say that. I think the key is to look at it almost as an ingredient in a salad like you have done here.
My grandma always makes this pasta. I don’t like it
The comments on this post are disappointing. OP, I’m sorry so many people have been negative. Take my upvote and keep making delicious, healthy pasta and eat it out of whatever container you please! <3
