Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Pasta
Oil
Water
Salt
Ground Beef
Spices
1 Can of Tomato Paste
You can Add Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
Tips: Add Oil to the Pasta to avoid sticky Pasta
Cook the Beef without any oil because the beef has fats
Store any watery beef, to use in the sauce or later
