This brown butter & sage gnocchi is quick and easy to make. If you can melt butter in a skillet you can make this. Boil your gnocchi until it floats, then add it to a buttered skillet to toast. Toasting it makes the outside crisp and the inside pillow soft. In a separate skillet, melt your butter and add in your fresh sage. Cook until sage is crispy and remove. Once the milk fats brown on the bottom, remove the butter from heat. Add in your toasted gnocchi and toss. I served mine with a white fish because it cooks very fast, but you can use any protein. My favorite is pork, but chicken is also delicious!
