Like others have said, mix the pasta in a pan with the sauce and some pasta water. Also, try using a pasta like pappardelle or tagliatelle. Using a wider noodle will allow the meat sauce to cling to it. Spaghetti’s usually too thin to allow that to happen. Having said that, meat sauce and pasta is always a winning combo!
