Spicy vegan spaghetti 🍝

• 1/3 cup Vegan cream cheese
• 1tbsp sriracha (or more depending on spice level tolerance)
• splash of unsweetened plant milk or single cream
• chilli flakes
• 2tbpn nutritional yeast
• 1 tspn minced garlic
• salt, pepper and Italian seasoning (to taste)

On a medium heat on hob, add your garlic and then cream cheese and keep mixing until loosens up. Add splash of milk to thin out further and then add all other listed ingredients and keep mixing. Add some pasta water if needed to thin out more. Add cooked spaghetti once sauce is warmed through and well combined. DONE. Super simple. Add more or less of ingredients to get to your own personal taste preference. 🍝
