INGREDIENTS :
1. Ridge guard – 1
2. onion, tomato, garlic, red chilly, tamarind
3. Coconut Powder – 5 table spoons
4. Salt, asafoetida, oil, curry, coriander leaves
5. Toor Dal, Gram Dal, coriander seeds, jeera.
Method :
1. Cut the ridge guard into Slices and roast in oil for 3 mins,
2. Fry Toor Dal, Gram Dal, Coriander Seeds, Jeera in oil, add red chilly, onion,garlic,fry these for 2 mins add tomatoes, tamarind fried ridge guard, salt, asafoetida and cook for 2 mins,
3. Add coconut, curry, coriander leaves mix .
4. Grind into fine paste.
