That is not an italian sub. Stop getting recipes on tik toc. That sandwich you made is not americanized, You don't put mozzarella on it, you use provolone cheese, you can use the smoked provolone, you don't toast it, its cold cuts meant to be cold. In my state it is known for Italian subs. Where are the tomatoes, onions, pickles, hot peppers, salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil and red wine vinegar. No one puts lettuce on an italian. Pastene or Cento make the crushed red peppers.
