
Had a couple of mediocre efforts, a bit soggy in the middle so haven't tried for a while
Changed flour to Matthews Cotswold Pizza Flour and the results were a massive improvement. Baked at 250°Celsius on a steel pizza/baking stone for about 9-10 minutes.
Tasted great especially after adding a few drops of Chimay Habanero salad verde on top!!
