🔹1 cup fresh dill, stems removed, chopped
🔹1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
🔹1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
🔹1/2 lemon or lime, juiced
🔹Pinch cayenne pepper, optional
🔹Kosher salt, if needed
For The Grilled Chicken:
🔹10 garlic cloves minced
🔹1/2 tsp paprika
🔹1/2 tsp allspice
🔹1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
🔹1/4 tsp ground green cardamom
🔹Salt and pepper
🔹5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, divided
🔹8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
🔹1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
🔹2 lemons, juiced

  4. It’s ironic that someone of Greek origins, prefers the Middle Eastern Yogurt sauce, like the one I tasted and discovered in Lebanon. No country knows how to combine spices and herbs like the Lebanese. I love their food, it’s superior to Turkish, Egyptian , Moroccan and Italian. They even beat the Greeks. The only cuisines that I find equally fascinating although very different are the Japanese and the Indian.

  8. I saw this in my notifications yesterday at 4:00pm. Husband was due home from work at 6 so, drooling, I jumped to the kitchen, put it all together and let it marinate until 5:45. Put some Greek seasoned potatoes, carrots and onions to roast in the oven. He got home, I did the chicken on a grill pan on the stove. Oh my goodness it was AMAZING!!! Jotting down the recipe to put on the fridge. Definitely making this more than once, it was REALLY good! Thanks for always keeping our meals fresh and delicious.
