Beetroot Salad || Italian Cuisine

Ingredients:-
Beetroot(boiled & diced) 75gms
Tomato(diced) 50gms
Cucumber(diced) 50gms
Basil(chopped) 1tbsp
Ricotta 30gms
Salt & Pepper to taste
To Prepare:-
-Boil Beetroot for 10-15 minutes depending on size(keep the skin on). Drain, peel off the skin and cut into small dices
-Cut Cucumber & Tomato in dices and mix with beetroot. Mix in the chopped basil and mix well.
To Serve:-
-Add the vegetables to the serving bowl. Place little dollops of Ricotta on top and serve.
