I tried doing a cute little pizza date with my gf and try out my piezano and our pizzas wouldn't stop swelling and even after throwing them on the pizza stone and oven the dough in the middle was still wet and rawish. I used pre made pizza dough from whole foods. I might have used too much Dough for mine but it wouldn't spread out without being too thin without using the whole thing.
