  6. I made this during the week. It's was amazing. Due to medication my sense of smell and taste are impaired. I could smell this as I cooked it. I could smell it whilst I waited for eating time and it tasted amazing! I had no parsely so used Lemon Balm from the garden.
    I am making it again on Sunday when my daughter comes over. I hope to enjoy it like I did this first time. 🥰

  8. No anchovies for me. I’d use chicken stock – homemade – instead of wine. I’m Lebanese so olives and tomatoes for sure plus a bit of lemon.

  13. nice recipe!! made it a couple of weeks ago, I added sliced radishes and a red bell pepper I do not do well with chili peppers, I served it with jasmine rice. I also saved some for a nice pita pocket!! going to make it again today nice spin on it with the anchovies!!
