The only pizza I have ever had in the UK that remotely resembled a proper Italian one was that award winning one Morrison's do, it's oval and has hardly any topping on it, you have to faff about rearranging it and it looks like they are being stingy with the topping but it's what makes it proper. Believe it or not, but you'll not find Chicken on Pizzas in Italy. This is because theyd believe you've dried the Chicken, and so it loses flavour.
Theres a good pizzeria in Leeds named "Rudys", which is based upon Naples Pizza. I highly recommend.
#1 Pizza looked nice. Shame about the once nice city. Rundown with all the Graffiti everywhere.
There is graffiti in Rome, too. It is a shame these historic cities with beautiful buildings are vandalised.
